What can I do to help increase the support of CMH?

Share – Proudly inform others about the benefits of patient care at the new CMH, and how sophisticated medical tools are key to staying a top-notch hospital. Talk about how medical equipment is 100% donor-funded. Once informed, many community members are often keenly interested in supporting their hospital, including tools for the frontline.

Arrange a Call or Outdoor Visit – This is a perfect time reconnect with prospects, or make a stewardship/thank you call to existing donors. Meet on a patio, at a park, or take a walk. Your connections always appreciate a friendly call. You can share content from a recent Inspired Champions CMHF newsletter to start the conversation.

Connect – Talk to your CMHF staff liaison about the most appropriate strategy for each of your prospects, to prepare them for a gift discussion and proposal. The Kit Resources listed on the Ambassador Corner main page will help you in printing a hard-copy package to guide your discussion, or can be sent as attachments following your conversation.
