How do I purchase a ticket as a gift?
Visit www.cmh5050.ca and begin to purchase your tickets as normal. When you get to “Step 2” put the information of who the ticket is for. You can put your email address if you want to hold the ticket until it’s time to give it to them! Or email it directly to them. In “Step 3” put your information as the purchaser. All ticket receivers must be 18 years or older.
What draw is my ticket eligible for?
Please note the tickets that you purchase are only eligible for the current active 50/50 draw. You must purchase tickets for each month/draw separately to be eligible, they do not carry over. Grand Prize draw dates can be found under the Rules of Play.
How do I get my tickets when I order online?
Tickets will be automatically delivered to the email address you provided in your purchase order.
Please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Please add the email address you tickets came from to your email contacts to avoid future emails landing in your junk and spam filters.

The online 50/50 Raffle does not always support Internet Explorer. Please use Safari, Chrome or Firefox to open the link.

Please make sure your “pop ups” are not enabled as you will need this to confirm your location, and lottery tickets are only available to those in Ontario. If you are a CMH Staff Member, this will often be the case on computers with the hospital.
The online raffle form is completely mobile-friendly. Try using the raffle link on your personal mobile device, this may fix any technical difficulties.
