Join our 12-week Transformation Challenge (September 23rd – December 15th) with ALL proceeds going to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Event Details:

    Challenge entry is $25. Use the form below! (any donation above the minimum entry fee is welcomed!) To join the challenge you must register by noon on September 23rd. For those registering for the challenge, CMHF will provide your name and email to Fuzion Fitness for Challenge communications. ‘Before’ pictures must be taken the weekend of September 21st (proof of date must be included), ‘After’ pictures must be taken the weekend of December 15th Proof of date must be included for both pictures. Fuzion will be offering complimentary Fit3D Body Scans on the opening and closing weekends to all contestants. Thank you to Fuzion Fitness' Fit for a Cause partners/sponsors
