The ongoing Canada Post strike may cause delays in mail services, impacting delivery of your tax receipts and other CMH Foundation correspondence.
While we understand the frustration and your preference to donate by post, there are other ways to avoid delays.
Here are alternative and faster ways to receive your donation tax receipt:
- Donate Online
You can quickly and securely make your gift online by visiting our donation page. It’s fast, easy, and available anytime. You will also receive your donation tax receipt instantly through email.
- Donate By Phone
Our Foundation team is available by phone between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. 519-740-4966.
- In-Person Donations
If you’re in the area, you can drop off your donation at the hospital. We’ve set up secure mail slots in Wing A, main lobby and our Foundation office in Wing C, that are accessible 24/7.
Additionally, you’re always welcome to drop your gift in person at our Foundation office between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Parking is easy too! Our hospital parking lots offer a 15-minute free exit allowance, so you can quickly park in front of Wing A or Wing C to make your donation without worrying about time.
