For many of us, the start of a new year is a time of reflection and an opportunity to look ahead. It’s a tradition I value, both in my personal life and as the President and CEO of Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH).
Every year at CMH, we set goals that help us better serve our community—goals that we can only achieve because of YOU. The new vision of CMH is “creating healthier communities together” and we need you to help get us there.

With a new year comes exciting possibilities, including the latest advancements in medical technology. One of our most urgent needs for the next two years is to purchase a new MRI to better diagnose diseases, illnesses, and injuries.
This new MRI will raise the standard of healthcare in Cambridge. It will reduce wait times and allow patients to access swift, accurate diagnoses right here in our community, without having to travel elsewhere.

We only have to look at all we’ve accomplished together in 2022 to see how much your support matters.
For example, because of your generosity, we were able to introduce an endoscopic ultrasound to CMH this past year. This amazing technology provides more accurate and detailed images and makes diagnostic procedures less invasive resulting in faster recovery times for patients. It also speeds diagnoses, reduces the patients’ length of stay in the Hospital, and leads to quicker treatment.
