At CMH Foundation, our vision is to create an inspired Community, investing in healthcare. This becomes a reality when communities come together. A perfect example of this unity is the recent generous donation from the Cambridge Muslim Society, Elgin Street.
On a quiet Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Usman Lalva called the Foundation and brightened our day with an exciting news. He said he would visit soon to present us with a $10,000 cheque. A big thanks to all the members of the Cambridge Muslim Society for this incredible gift. Their support will make a big difference in our efforts to bring exceptional care close to home.
The Cambridge Muslim Society has been a dedicated supporter of our hospital for over 11 years. In recognition of their longstanding support, the Foundation honoured them in 2022 with a Patient Room plaque in our Medicine Department.
We extend our gratitude to the Muslim Society and their commitment to healthcare! They have set a wonderful example of how Together, we make it possible.
