We are deeply grateful for this community’s profound generosity.

CMH Golf Classic was a swinging success!
A beautiful sunny day filled with swings, laughter and meaningful networking – we couldn’t have asked for a better day for CMH Golf Classic this year!
With the incredible support of over 100 golfers, sponsors, volunteers and corporate partners, our annual Golf Classic raised over $80,000.
This would not be possible without the consistent support of our local business partners and vendors. Thanks to everyone that participated, sponsored and helped boost our fundraising efforts to bring essential equipment to CMH.

For 16 years, CMH has been a part of Lori’s life
Lori has visited CMH over 486 times for multiple scans, lab tests and treatments over the past 16 years. Before all of this, she never imagined how much she would rely on our community hospital. She shares that her cancer journey has taught her the importance of care close to home.
While Lori continues to receive treatment at our hospital, she is thankful to our generous donors for their investment in local healthcare.
Your gift ensures thousands of patients like Lori receive compassionate care, right here, in the comfort of their community.

Gore Community Day volunteers help sweeten the day for CMH staff
Our friends from Gore Insurance Company visited CMH last week to volunteer and celebrate our staff as part of their annual Community Day. The group joined CMH staff to raise awareness for a new digital technology system going live later this year, giving out goodies and homemade honey -straight from the Gore’s office building rooftop!
Community Day has been an important part of our partnership with Gore Insurance for many years. A huge thank you to the volunteers for their time and effort in bringing smiles and honey to our team.

Exciting times for community events
June has been a great month for our community events! Last weekend, we saw two successful events hosted in support of CMH.
Sara Alvarado’s 4th Walk to Paris welcomed more than 20 participants on a serene trail walk across Cambridge to Paris and raised over $12,000. Many board members and local leaders joined the fun challenge and fundraised for equipment needed at the hospital. We are truly grateful to Sara, all the participants and donors for their efforts in making this a successful event.
The first ever Galt Exotic Car Show also made many heads turn in the community with a lineup of cool and vintage cars. The downpour last Sunday did not dampen spirits and raised over $15,000 for our hospital. Big thanks to Yusuf Susiwala, Brayden Hooper and Brayden Polyak for organizing this event and our sincere thanks to all sponsors for joining this fun cause in support of CMH.

Wishing everyone a restful Canada Day filled with gratitude, connection and the simple joys of summer.
