100,000 Steps for MRI

CMHF Board Member Smita Challu Tulsani is raising funds for Spotlight MRI with a 100,000 step challenge! This summer, Smita and her family are exploring the beautiful trails of our beautiful city and raising awareness and funds for CMH.

As a busy marketing exec, volunteer and proud mother of two young boys, Smita has a lot on the go. But making the time to slow down, enjoy nature and teach her boys about giving back to the community is a priority. Thank you Smita for all that you do for CMH and the community.

The Spotlight MRI Virtual Chat with Interim Chief of Staff and Chief of Diagnostic Imaging, Dr. Winnie Lee explores the Diagnostic Imaging Department and the new MRI coming to CMH.

Our community is growing and a new MRI will better serve our patients close to home. Diagnostic imaging is at the core of patient care. Extensively trained, skilled medical doctors, use MRI and other high-tech equipment to diagnose disease, illnesses and injuries. It is fundamental to care and touches all we do.

Highlights:

• Learn about the new MRI machine and our $5 million fundraising goal
• Understand the benefits of a new MRI for our community
• Get to know Dr. Winnie Lee and learn about the Diagnostic Imaging Department at CMH

Beer Store Fundraiser- Bring back your empties!

Are those long-weekend empties still sitting in the garage? Bring them to any Cambridge Beer Store to support CMH!

The Beer Store has informed us that our organization has been selected by a collection of employees at their retail stores as a charity of choice. From July 4th – August 28th, 2022, the Beer Store will be raising funds through empty bottle returns along with monetary donations.

This will be the third year the Beer Store has contributed to the CMH Foundation and in that time, they have already raised over $50, 000 to go towards life saving equipment.

We would like to thank the Beer Store, and their customers for their continued support and generosity. “Cheers to you!”

If you would like to contribute, you can do so at any of the following locations between July 4th to August 28th.

The following retail stores will be participating in this extremely generous endeavour:

Be a Donor Bouquet

Support CMH with a beautiful arrangement through Intricate Arrangements! Send some love to someone special, or bring home a bouquet for yourself and embrace the Spring weather.

In celebration of April’s organ donation month, these bouquets will spread awareness for the joy of this unique gift to a person's life! Partial proceeds from each bouquet will be donated to Cambridge Memorial Hospital.

Due to supply issues throughout the industry flowers are subject to change but will always keep to the feel and look of the original bouquet.

Local delivery is included.

Summer Solstice Sip & Taste

Celebrate summer with delicious wine and food in support of Cambridge Memorial Hospital at the luxurious Roseville Estate (2283 Roseville Rd, Cambridge)

Join us on Thursday, June 23rd between 5:00 pm- 8:30 pm and let loose, relax and enjoy all summer has to offer.

With live music, lawn games and a fantastic auction, this event will have something for everyone.

Summer Solstice Sip & Taste is an exclusive event with a limited number of tickets for purchase and is sure to sell out quickly.

Your Sip & Taste experience will be led by a sommelier from Lakeview Winery.

Tickets are available for $150 per person and include four food stations, wine pairings and a welcome beverage.

Mingling begins at 5:00 pm with food and wine pairings at 6:00 pm.

Additional bar beverages will be available via credit/debit.

This event will be fully outdoors (weather pending) with lots of shade/rain coverage available.
